1) Brush two times a day and make sure that your toothbrush is in proper shape because a chewed up brush may miss the hard-to-reach areas. The main sources of mouth odor are decaying food particles and bacteria’s. There are hundreds of corners in your mouth where bits and pieces of food stay and rot, so brush regularly and remember to rinse with a mouth wash.

2) Floss after every meal will help you to remove plaque and food that you may not even realize was stuck and make it as much of a mindless habit as brushing your teeth. Your gums might be bleed as you dislodge chunks of food that had stuck to your teeth.

3) Drink more water and try to avoid avoid coffee, alcohol and soft drinks. Chewing gum or any other sucking on candy also stimulates saliva, washing away food particles and bacteria. Always keep your mouth moisturized. A dry mouth is a stinky mouth that’s why your breath is worse in the morning. Your mouth produces less saliva as you sleep and it is the enemy of bad breath.  Because saliva will physically wash bacteria and food particles away and it also has antiseptic and enzymes that kill bacteria.

4)  Fenugreek: Fenugreek helps to avoid mouth odor. Take one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and boil it with four cups of cold water. Then simmer the solution for fifteen minutes over a low flame and strain it and drink like tea. Fenugreek is one of the greatest things that nature has provided especially for ladies which is why we included it in our Bio Bust capsules and it has all the benefits to keep our body looking good and feeling awesome.

5) Lemon: A lemon wedge sprinkled with salt will help you to stop onion or garlic breath. If you still can not manage the sting of a lemon then put a generous amount of lemon slices in water.

6) Parsley and Mint: Chewing parsley or mint leaves has been a remedy used by people for thousands of years. These herbs are especially good if onions and garlic are the source of your worst breath. Parsley is very high in chlorophyll and chew a few parsley sprigs dipped in vinegar for immediate relief. If you swallow the leaves after chewing them they will be digested and helps to provide breath freshness for some time.
